So I am in love
But I am out of it.
I am single
So is she.
In order for me not to lose her
I have to stay away from her
I often find myself trying to fill her spot
with mindless carnal pleasure
that never ever
satisfies me.
one day we shall see
if she comes back to me
i guess when i give some act right
maybe then the facts might
be that she and I are we
but for now there is no us
everything comes with trust
which i know i must EARN
when will i learn
till then my candle will burn
till the time comes for my turn
to love
